Let's talk food. The subject that sends most people running. I will not tell you to go on a diet or not eat when you're hungry. This is a foolish way to try and lose weight. Studies have actually showed then when you do this you're body goes into a state of "starvation."This causes you're body to store away fat. So although it might make you skinny now, I promise you will reek the effects of actions like this later. Do not skip meals or not eat when you are hungry. However there are some foods that burn fat that will help you out. I will be calling these diet foods although they're only regular foods, spices and juice.
In this section I'm going to tell you how to tone up. These are body exercises for women, although anyone can use them. The only difference is you don't get bulky muscles.
Body Toning Exercises
In my opinion there are two very effective ways of doing cardio. The traditional jogging and then jumping. I jump for 30 minutes everyday and i find it's the best way to get your cardio work out. It's very effective and works fast. You also don't wear out as easily as when you are running. I recommend another 30 minutes a day for this as well.
Of course when you first start out you might not be able to work out for and hour strait. Or maybe you wont have an hour of free time. I always do my cardio in the morning because it speeds up your metabolism for the whole day. Meaning your food cycles through your system faster. Setting a goal sheet will give you a reason and a positive perspective on doing it. Also when you reach your goals you'll get self confidence. This treats your body as well as your soul.
